Waray-warays break the Guinness World Record on the Largest Wine Tasting Event with 7,187 participants tasting tuba - the native, coconut wine - on October 18, 2009 at the MacArthur Landing Memorial National Park. Government Center, Palo, Leyte.

Previous record was set by Spain with 5,095 participants on September 15, 2006.
